Baking Instructor For Kamalia Campus

COTHM Kamalia is seeking an experienced and passionate Baking Instructor to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will excel in both baking and culinary arts, with a strong ability to teach and inspire students. You will deliver practical and theoretical classes, mentor aspiring chefs, and contribute to creating a dynamic learning environment that fosters innovation and creativity in the kitchen.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Baking, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management (COTHM certification is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in both culinary and baking fields; prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in culinary and baking techniques, kitchen equipment, and modern food trends.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom and create a positive, engaging learning environment.
