BAKING OPERATOR

Key responsibilities

• Pack finished products accurately and efficiently in accordance with the Company's packaging specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects, damages, contamination, or inconsistencies before packing to ensure compliance with Company quality requirements.
• Label, seal, date-code, and palletize finished products accurately in accordance with Company procedures and customer requirements.
• Ensure all packed products are properly protected to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
• Perform sorting, counting, weighing, and quality checking of finished products prior to packing.
• Prepare packaging materials, cartons, labels, and other packing supplies to support daily production activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and sanitation of the packing area, production lines, equipment, utensils, and workstations in compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements (where applicable), and Company food safety standards.
• Assist in transferring finished goods from the production line to the designated storage or warehouse area.
• Report product defects, packaging issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the Production Supervisor immediately.
• Operate packing-related equipment, including weighing scales, sealing machines, labelling machines, shrink-wrapping machines, conveyors, and other packing equipment, where authorized.
