Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Baking / Production Manager with 3–5 years of experience to oversee daily bakery operations, drive efficiency, ensure product quality, and lead a high-performing team in Ago Palace, Lagos.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily baking and production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Ensure consistent quality and appearance of all bakery products.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain production equipment and ensure proper maintenance and hygiene.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production staff to optimize performance.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
