Baking Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily production schedules and targets.
• Manage production supervisors, bakers, and other staff.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
• Must be knowledgeable and capable of baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products.
• Monitor inventory, ingredient usage, production costs, and wastage.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Prepare production reports and implement improvements in productivity and efficiency.
