Baking Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Open to all genders
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Food Technology, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any food-related courses
• At least 1 year of experience in a food production area
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in bread and pastry or baking
• Can personally bake bread, pastries, and other baked products.
• Understands baking processes, recipes, ingredient measurements, and oven operations.
• Have relevant knowledge and skills in baking and cake decorating
• Have full knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Can work under pressure
• Can do multitasking
• Can work on flexible time
