About the role
This role involves performing routine and competitor baking, noodle and pau testing, as well as managing flour additive inventory control. You will maintain cleanliness of bakery and flour additives storage rooms, carry out R&D work, and prepare bread improver.

- Perform routine baking, noodle and pau testing
- Perform competitor's and complaints baking, noodle and pau testing
- Manage flour additive inventory control
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery and flour additives storage rooms
- Carry out R&D work
- Prepare bread improver
- Exercise GMP & FSMS procedure
- Carry out any task as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager and Sr. Chemist
