BAL Support Worker

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a kind, reliable PA to support an 89-year-old gentleman in Worcester Park.

Duties Include:

Morning Visit (9:00am, 2 hours):

Assist with getting out of bed

Personal care, including showering (if needed)

Light housework (e.g., ironing, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen)

Occasional grass cutting, if time allows

Evening Visit (Approx. 7pm in summer / 6:30pm in winter):

Assist with bedtime routine

Help with brushing teeth and changing into pyjamas

Once a Week (Preferably Thursday):

Accompany on a food shopping trip to BAL1’s preferred shop.

Hours: 22 per week, Monday to Sunday (with one day off)

Pay rate: £17.30 per hour PAYE or £18.17 per hour for a self-employed Personal Assistant (PA)/Carer.
