Ballet Instructor

About Us:
Today's Generation has over 25 years of experience training young dancers. Our goal is to allow dancers of every skill level a chance to achieve their best by maximizing every moment of their class time to help them shine on stage.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ballet Instructor to teach students ages 5–18. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classical ballet technique and a genuine love for working with youth. Classes range from beginner to advanced levels.

Responsibilities:

• Teach ballet technique classes to students ages 5–18
• Choreograph recital and performance pieces
• Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years ballet experience
• Strong background in classical ballet; experience with pointe is a plus
• Ability to work with a wide age range and skill levels
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Schedule:
We're looking for someone who can teach two to five days a week for 2-4 hours after school starting in January.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Ballet: 5 years (Preferred)
