A Career That’s Rewarding, Creative, and Full of Joy

If you’re looking for a career that feels meaningful, energizing, and fun, you’ve found it. We’re hiring Ballroom Dance Instructors who are passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to grow.
No dance experience required — we train you from the ground up.

If you’re coachable, great with people, have rhythm, and aren’t afraid of hard work, you’ll thrive here.

Ask Yourself…

• Would you rather be dancing than sitting behind a desk
• Do you enjoy making people happy
• Do you love being creative and expressive
• Do you want to be part of an uplifting, supportive community
• Do you want a career doing something you genuinely love

If your answer is YES, this might be the perfect fit.

Who We Are

We’re a dance studio on a mission to shake up the industry. Our purpose is to build a community where dance is accessible, inspiring, and full of joy. We believe dance should be available to everyone — not just the few who can afford it.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

Who We’re Looking For

Some experience is helpful, but absolutely not required. We provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.

We want individuals who:

• Are eager to learn
• Love working with people
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm
• Aren’t afraid of real, meaningful hard work
• Want a long-term career, not just a clock‑in/clock‑out job

If you’re looking for something easy or passive, this isn’t it.
If you’re looking for something fun, fulfilling, and growth‑oriented, you’ll love it here.

Some Daily Responsibilities

• Teach and support beginner & social‑dance students
• Create lesson plans and track student goals
• Perform, compete, and participate in studio events
• Maintain Just Danze’s high-quality standards in classes, lessons, and interactions
• Promote recitals, showcases, and studio offerings
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-promote fellow instructors
• Self‑promote and build strong student relationships
• Prioritize student growth — their goals are our #1 focus
