Bellwether Advanced Mobility Solutions (BAMS), an affiliate of UK startup Bellwether Industries, is building the low-altitude transportation supply chain in Taiwan and globally, investing in high-value intelligent systems for a scalable aerial operations platform. 【You will need to 工作內容】

1. 協助進行協調、執行研發的計畫，並維護每項專案的研究數據。

Assist in coordinating and executing R&D projects, and maintaining project research data.

2. 推動飛行控制系統、地面站介面開發。

Promote the development of flight control systems and ground station interfaces.

3. 參與無人機結構、零組件與控制系統的開發與製造。

Participate in the development and manufacturing of UAV structures, components, and control systems.

4. 使用MATLAB / Simulink進行建模、模擬與驗證。

Conduct modeling, simulation, and verification using MATLAB / Simulink.

5. 構思解決方案與驗證計畫，通過迭代的機械設計、分析和模擬確保更好的性能。

Design solutions and validation plans to ensure better performance through iterative mechanical design, analysis, and simulation.

6. 與研發團隊密切合作，組織與合作夥伴或是供應商的技術開發交流。

Collaborate closely with the R&D team and coordinate technical development with partners and suppliers.

【Qualifications We Require 必要條件】

1. 機械工程或電機工程相關領域學士或碩士畢業。

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. 2年以上航空、電動車或相關產業控制系統開發經驗或相關專案經驗。

2+ years of experience in control system development or related projects in the aerospace, EV, or similar industries.

3. 熟悉MATLAB / Simulink控制模擬與性能分析。

Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink for control simulation and performance analysis.

4. 具有嵌入式控制相關開發及實作經驗。

Hands-on experience in embedded control system development and implementation.

5. 具有產品開發所需的軟硬體實務操作與電路整合經驗。

Practical experience in software-hardware integration and circuit system implementation.

【Qualifications We Preferred 加分條件】

1. 具備控制專案與UI/人機介面開發經驗，可協同設計地面控制介面。

Experience in control projects and UI/HMI development, capable of co-designing ground control interfaces.

2. 具備無人機操作證照或實務經驗。

Possession of a drone pilot license or practical UAV operation experience.

3. 對無人機技術有熱忱，細心嚴謹。

Strong passion for UAV technology, with attention to detail and precision.

4. 良好中英文溝通能力。

Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

5. 具團隊合作精神，樂於解決問題與優化流程。

Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process optimization.
