Bancassurance Business Development, Assistant Manager (Melaka)

Job / Function Purpose :

• To achieve APE & VONB assigned by region/department
• To monitor and drive the sales performance of PBB, PFC, RM and PRD to provides necessary coaching & guidance, in order to meet the business objective
• To provide business support & services for retail loan, SME and alternate sales center to improve participation and penetration rate
• To develop coaching program and conduct NCR & CR products and selling skill knowledge to further improve the non-credit & credit related business.
• To ensure RHB sales personnel comply and adhere to selling process set by regulator

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

• To assist Regional Head and Manager in all areas of business development
• To ensure the business submission and information of the products, and services are comply to guideline
• To oversee the daily marketing activities and report to immediate supervisor
• To develop marketing plan and implementation of business development activity with business partner
• Work closely with our administration in head office and JB branch, in order to keep up the service standard.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with bancassurance product, specializing in Sales/ Business Development or experience in sales management for Bancassurance
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Position is based in our Melaka Branch, covering Melaka
