Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Banca Relationship Manager to join our Bancassurance Sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for driving the sale of Crop Insurance and other General Insurance products through the bank channel. The role involves managing relationships with bank branches, engaging with bank customers, generating business, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Bancassurance / General Insurance sales and excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Crop Insurance and other General Insurance products through the assigned bank branches.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers, Bank Staff, and Customers.

Generate insurance business through the bank's existing customer base.

Work closely with bank employees to identify potential customers and generate leads.

Conduct customer meetings and explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, and policy terms.

Convert leads into successful insurance sales and achieve monthly/annual business targets.

Ensure regular follow-up with customers for proposals, documentation, renewals, and policy issuance.

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned bank branches.

Conduct sales activities, customer awareness sessions, and product presentations whenever required.
