Bancassurance Manager( Credit protect)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance sales performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue growth through attaching insurance to loan against property.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other internal teams.
• Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees on credit protection, housing finance, loan against property (LAP), and other relevant topics.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of CP (credit protection) products such as group policies, individual policies, etc.
• Knowledge of Housing Finance/Loan Against Property (LAP) schemes is an added advantage.
