Bancassurance Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling insurance products.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and generating leads.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in successful client acquisitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Achieve monthly targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of corporate sales, direct sales, area sales, field work, channel sales, agency sales, direct marketing, agency channel concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
