[Bangchak] Site Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities related to office buildings, workplace facilities, and renovation projects.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and improvement works for building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and general building infrastructure.
• Assist in planning, designing, and supervising office renovation, workspace improvement, and facility enhancement projects.
• Prepare technical documents, drawings review, scope of work (SOW), specifications, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and project execution activities.
• Participate in project inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Support initiatives related to workplace improvement, energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs to ensure system reliability and operational continuity.
• Manage facility service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with service agreements, KPIs, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, audit standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
• Age 25 years or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, construction, building systems, renovation projects, industrial facilities, or related fields.
• Experience in engineering projects, facility management, or workplace renovation projects will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Building Systems, or other engineering systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or related engineering software will be an advantage.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external service providers.
