About the role

As a Bank Acquisition Executive at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in growing the company's retail banking customer base by actively engaging with prospective clients at our branches located across Singapore. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation and make a tangible impact on its success.

What you'll be doing

1. Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach and engagement efforts at branch locations
2. Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
3. Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
4. Stay up-to-date with the bank's products, services and promotions to effectively advise and inform customers
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies and campaigns

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail banking role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Familiarity with banking products and services, and a keen interest in the financial services industry
6. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and customer demands
