We’re growing our bank team at Nurture & Grow and would love to hear from caring, reliable people who can help cover staff absences, annual leave and school half-terms.

Whether you’re an experienced Early Years Practitioner, working towards a qualification or unqualified with an interest in childcare, we welcome your application.

Tell us when you’re available

You might be available throughout the week, on particular days or mainly during school holidays. We’d love to understand what works for you.

Shifts will vary depending on the nursery’s cover needs and will be agreed around your availability. Being able to help at short notice is especially useful, but we also arrange cover in advance for planned holidays.

This is a bank role, so hours will depend on available cover work.

What your day will involve

• Helping children feel safe, secure and welcome
• Supporting play, learning and outdoor exploration
• Helping with children’s care needs and daily routines
• Working alongside our nursery team to provide consistent, nurturing care
• Maintaining a safe, engaging environment and following safeguarding procedures

Your responsibilities will reflect your qualifications, experience and training.

Early Years qualifications and nursery experience are welcome, but are not essential for every bank position.

Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
