Responsibilities

• Manage Bank Guarantee processes for corporate clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Demand Guarantees.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
• Oversee risk management activities related to guarantees.
• Handle complex customer queries and act as an escalation point.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures for guarantee issuance and management.
• Mentor junior team members on Demand Guarantee products and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external vendors.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Bank Guarantee operations, especially Demand Guarantees.
• Strong understanding of legal, risk, and compliance frameworks related to guarantees.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field.
