Pay Rate Range: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking to hire a Bank Representative in Columbus, OH.

Job Summary

The Bank Representative will assist customers with banking-related inquiries, account questions, and financial service needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to banking-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with account information, transactions, and general banking questions.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow established banking policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate computer systems while communicating with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or banking is preferred.

Work Environment

• Remote training may be available initially.
• The position may transition to a hybrid schedule based on training completion, performance, and management requirements.
• Onsite attendance may be required on designated days.

Contract Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• W-2 employment through Russell Tobin.
• Benefits eligibility begins after 59 days, subject to applicable plan terms.
• Contract extension or permanent placement may depend on client needs and performance.
