Bank - RM Trainee Program (35K + Quarter incentive)

What you'll be doing

• Conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify business opportunities (e.g. Investment and Insurance products)
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of retail banking customers
• Understand customers' financial needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions and advice to help them achieve their objectives
• Cross-sell and up-sell the bank's products and services to grow customer wealth and loyalty
• Actively participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and referrals
• Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products and services

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Passed IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 is an advantage, or obtain these qualifications prior to onboarding.
• Passed in HKSI Paper 1,7 and 8 is an advantage
• Proactive and willing to achieve the assigned sale target
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills an advantage
• Will consider insurance agents OR candidates with 2 years of sales exp preferably in luxury retail industry/insurance industry/ Securities firm
• Welcome tellers with IIQE qualifications to apply
• Experienced Candidates will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager / Insurance Specialist / Investment Specialist/ Team Head/ Branch Manager with offer up to 70k
