Overview
We are seeking a motivated and caring Bank Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in various care settings, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your dedication will help foster independence and dignity for those in need of assistance, whether in care homes, home care environments, or assisted living facilities.You will need to be flexible with the shifts given, we currently have waking night shifts available and the chance to do more shifts after this period

Responsibilities

• provide support to young adults between ages of 16-18
• Support them with day to day challenges, and encourage independent living
• Keep a track of Daily logs, incident report and property health and safety checks
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment

Skills

• Experience in nursing home, care home, or assisted living environments is highly desirable
• Able to know who to contact when a incident happens
• Able to use a Laptop to record daily logs, write up incidents
• Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
• Familiarity with home care practices and patient-centered approaches
• Valid driving license for transportation responsibilities

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 40.0 per week
