Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to handle routine cash and financial transactions accurately while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to the institution's operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

• Receive, count, and verify cash accurately.

• Verify transaction details and relevant customer documentation.

• Balance cash and reconcile transactions at the end of each working day.

• Identify and report cash discrepancies or suspicious transactions.

• Maintain accurate transaction records.

• Provide professional assistance to customers.

• Follow banking policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• BSc with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND with Upper Credit.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Previous teller or cash-handling experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• ₦215,000 net monthly.

• HMO coverage.

• Opportunity to sit for a conversion examination after 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion and subject to the institution's requirements.
