Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative

First National Bank of Gilbert is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions.
• Assist customers with opening and maintaining deposit accounts.
• Answer customer questions and provide information on banking products and services.
• Assist with online banking, debit cards, and general account inquiries.
• Accurately balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• Previous banking or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage of $18.00 - $20.00/hour
