Banking - Contract AM/Mgr - Process Improvement

Key responsibilities

• Participant in workflow enhancement and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, control robustness and client service quality for equities and investment products
• Streamline the end-to-end technology enablement for a range of projects
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide user requirements and test case for projects
• Collect user requirements and assist internal stakeholders for generating reports from data warehouse
• Handle ad-hoc project / request that assigned by Managers

About you

• Degree holder in Operations, Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 years' experience in Project Management or Operations in Banking industry is preferred
• Strong in SQL queries and familiar with Starburst or Hue application is appreciated
• Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies is preferred
• Flexible and adaptive changes, familiar in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (including Chinese Word Processing) and VBA programming
