Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the incoming queue of customer calls, emails, and service requests, sort items by urgency, and assign or route them to the appropriate internal partner.

  • Confirm customer contact details, request purpose, and available account information before coordinating the next step for each inquiry.

  • Enter clear request summaries, status updates, ownership details, and next actions in a CRM such as HubSpot.

  • Coordinate customer follow-up through a contact-center phone system such as RingCentral, using professional and helpful language.

  • Track service requests, open questions, and internal handoffs in a project management tool such as Wrike.

  • Arrange internal discussions and customer follow-up times using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Microsoft Outlook.

  • Prepare status lists and service activity summaries using a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as LibreOffice Calc.

  • Follow up with account teams or operations partners when a request lacks needed information, remains unresolved, or needs a status update.

  • Escalate urgent customer concerns, repeated service disruptions, or sensitive account-access questions to the banking operations team lead.

  • Maintain orderly notes through closure and support quality expectations measured by accuracy, turnaround, complete notes, and timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • About 1-2 years preferred in banking coordination, financial operations, customer-facing support, or a related desk-based role.

  • Working knowledge of banking service requests, account terminology, and the importance of clear status communication.

  • Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot and the ability to update request details consistently.

  • Familiarity with a project management tool such as Wrike and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Microsoft Outlook.

  • Ability to organize competing customer requests, identify missing details, and route work to the appropriate internal contact.

  • Strong written and verbal communication for explaining request status and coordinating respectful follow-up.

  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Fully remote work from a dedicated home workspace in Idaho, United States.

  • Structured onboarding and training on a CRM such as HubSpot, a project management tool such as Wrike, and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Microsoft Outlook.

  • Regular check-ins with the banking operations team lead to review priorities, questions, and service progress.

  • Opportunity to build banking coordination, request routing, customer update, and cross-team follow-up skills.

  • Health coverage, paid leave, a 401(k), maternity leave, and stipends.
