Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls
Provide accurate information about products and services
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Document customer interactions in accordance with SOP
Update customer profiles in the system
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Identify customer issues quickly and provide appropriate solutions
