Banking Data Assistant Analyst – Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, maintain, and analyze banking and risk-related data.
• Assist in preparing risk management reports, dashboards, and management
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across relevant banking systems and reports.
• Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to obtain and verify required data.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for risk-related analysis, reporting, and audits.
• Support the improvement and automation of data reporting and risk monitoring processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant banking, risk management, data analysis, or operations experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and prepare accurate reports.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
