💼 Department: Retail Banking – Wealth Management (Branch-Based)

📝 Responsibilities

• Work closely with Relationship Managers to generate appointments and deliver professional insurance planning services through customer meetings
• Analyze customers’ personal financial situations, identify their financial service needs, and recommend wealth and protection insurance products tailored to their requirements
• Operate from a centralized office and meet clients at various branch locations
• Maximize business opportunities to achieve branch sales targets
• Provide quality after-sales service to maintain customer relationships and generate referral business to expand the customer base

✅ Requirements:

• 歡迎有 保險 經驗轉行, 有明確晉升path
• Welcome candidates without prior branch experience, training will be provided.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance preferred.
• Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or willing to obtain).
• Eager to develop a career in wealth management and frontline relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
