Job Summary

We are hiring Banking Operations Executives for a leading international bank at Marol Naka, Mumbai. This role is suitable for graduates who are interested in building their careers in the banking and financial services sector. Candidates will be responsible for backend banking operations, data verification, document processing, and maintaining accurate records while following established banking procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform daily backend banking operations and data processing activities.
• Verify customer details, documents, and banking-related information.
• Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain records in internal banking systems.
• Identify discrepancies and report errors to the concerned team.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; graduation is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
