Banking Operations- Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage capex and opex budgets for the organization, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee payment processing, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline banking operations processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and optimize fund planning.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
• Work exposure of capex, opex, fund management, fund planning, payment processing, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, SAP systems and Automation processes.
• Has handled multiple accounts and done bulk payments, intercompany payments.
• Experience of Capex payment, inter-company reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Rectification Journals,Prepayment & Inter Co. Journals & Fund Plan and Managing Funds.
• Involved in financial reporting and MIS
• Involved in Corporate treasury operations
• Good communications skills
