Banking Operations Specialist

About the role

Handle daily company banking transactions and payments, monitor incoming and outgoing transactions, and coordinate with banks to resolve payment and transaction issues. Process and record FX transactions, prepare and maintain banking documents and records, and support daily banking operations and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily company banking transactions and payments
• Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions
• Coordinate with banks to resolve payment and transaction issues
• Communicate with banking partners regarding daily banking matters
• Process and record FX transactions
• Monitor FX rates when required
• Prepare and maintain banking documents and records
• Coordinate with the Hong Kong and Indonesia teams
• Support daily banking operations and process improvements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, payment, treasury, or similar roles
• Experience using corporate internet banking platforms such as BRI, Mandiri, MNC, or other major banks
• Familiar with payment processing and bank reconciliation
• Experience with FX transactions is an advantage
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Good English communication skills
• Mandarin is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at problem-solving
• Good communication and teamwork skills
