Banking Relationship Executive | High Basic + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, understanding their needs and working towards clear performance goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage customers through phone-based consultations and follow-ups
• Understand customers’ financial needs, priorities and objectives
• Introduce suitable banking, investment and protection solutions based on customer requirements
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers to develop business opportunities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work towards individual sales and service targets
• Ensure all customer interactions and recommendations are conducted professionally and in accordance with company guidelines

What We Offer

💰 Basic Salary from: $3500 to $5300 per month.
💵 Fixed Allowance: From $300 per month.

Requirements

• Minimum Local Diploma or Degree
• Candidates with sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, telesales or other customer-facing experience are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging customers through phone-based conversations
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional approach
• Motivated by achieving performance targets and developing new business
• Willingness to learn banking and financial products
