Banking Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Banking Loan Sales Executives with 3 to 10 years of experience in financial services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling home loans, personal loans, or other banking products and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan products such as home loans, personal loans, and LAP

• Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities

• Guide customers through the loan process and documentation

• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for approvals

• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

• Update and manage leads in CRM systems

  Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in banking / loan sales

• Experience in home loan or mortgage sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of loan processes and documentation

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

  Preferred Skills

• Experience with banks or NBFCs

• Knowledge of property and loan integration
