Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate banking relationships with local and international banks.
• Negotiate funding facilities, overdrafts, guarantees and trade finance arrangements.
• Manage working capital funding and banking facility utilization.
• Oversee LC, BG, SBLC and trade finance processes.
• Support project funding and capital investment requirements.
• Ensure banking compliance, KYC and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor banking costs and optimize charges.
• Prepare management reports and banking MIS.
• Coordinate with treasury, finance and commercial functions.
• Drive automation and banking process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years experience in Banking, Treasury or Corporate Finance.
• Strong trade finance and bank relationship management exposure.
• ERP exposure including SAP/Oracle preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
