Banking (Treasury) Manager

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Hanover, MD that is seeking a Banking (Treasury) Manager responsible for overseeing cash management, liquidity, banking activities, and treasury operations. This role ensures sufficient cash availability, supports financial forecasting, maintains banking relationships, and identifies opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity requirements across bank accounts
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Monitor cash balances and ensure funding requirements are met
• Analyze cash flow trends and provide financial recommendations
• Oversee wire transfers, ACH transactions, electronic payments, and other treasury activities
• Maintain banking platforms and treasury management systems
• Ensure appropriate controls and approvals for cash disbursements
• Manage bank account administration, reconciliations, and authorized signatories
• Serve as a primary contact for banks and other financial institutions
• Manage and support banking services, credit facilities, and treasury products
• Evaluate banking structures and recommend process improvements
• Support initiatives to improve cash management efficiency and financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations
• Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
