- Review and process bankruptcy filings
- Monitor bankruptcy cases and maintain accurate loan records.
- Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, and internal departments regarding bankruptcy proceedings.
- Prepare and review Proof of Claim (POC), payment change notices, and other bankruptcy-related documents.
- Process bankruptcy payments, plan disbursements, and suspense accounts.
- Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements
