Banquet & Convention Server

At Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center, our Banquet Servers bring energy, elegance, and efficiency to every event. From weddings and galas to corporate meetings and community celebrations, you’re part of the team that helps turn moments into memories. You’ll set up rooms, serve meals, reset spaces, and keep guests smiling from the first pour to the final farewell.

We’re looking for someone who’s polished, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment—someone who knows how to bring hospitality to life, one tray at a time.

What you'll bring to our team:

• A professional, guest-first mindset; you understand that every event is special and every detail matters
• Team spirit; you work closely with other banquet servers, captains, and kitchen staff to keep things seamless
• Adaptability; you can go from pouring champagne to resetting a room without missing a beat
• Confidence and grace under pressure; you stay calm, friendly, and helpful—even when the schedule changes
• Attention to detail; you follow service standards and event specs carefully to ensure everything is just right
• Strong communication; you're clear, courteous, and always in sync with your team

Why you'll love working for us:

• Marriott Hotel discounts
• Variety—no two events are the same
• A team that values your effort and celebrates success
• Opportunities for growth in banquet operations and beyond
• Flexible scheduling for event-based shifts

If you're someone who enjoys making events feel effortless, loves working with people, and wants to be part of a team that cares—we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re experienced in banquet service or excited to learn, we have a place for you here.
