BANQUET BARTENDER

Hawk Pointe Golf Club is a premier golf club, wedding, and event venue in Washington, NJ. We are looking for an experienced, reliable Part-Time Bartender to join our event and golf outing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and is looking for flexible part-time work and additional shifts. Our biggest need is for Monday–Wednesday availability, when we host the majority of our golf outings. Additional banquet and serving shifts may also be available throughout the week and on weekends.

What We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking an experienced bartender who is comfortable providing professional, friendly service in a busy event and golf outing environment.

Bartending experience is required. Experience in golf clubs, banquets, weddings, private events, restaurants, catering, or other high-volume hospitality settings is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is:

• Interested in part-time work and picking up additional shifts

Responsibilities

• Bartend golf outings, private events, weddings, and other functions
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
• Monitor bar supplies and communicate needs to management
• Follow all applicable alcohol service and company policies
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Assist with serving food and beverages when needed
• Provide banquet and event service during serving shifts
• Carry and serve trays weighing approximately 5–25 lbs.
• Assist with tables, chairs, equipment, and other event setup needs
• Communicate effectively with guests and event staff
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow all company standards

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required
• Previous banquet, catering, wedding, golf club, restaurant, or event experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout a shift
• Ability to carry trays and assist with event setup and breakdown
• Availability Monday–Wednesday is strongly preferred due to our golf outing schedule
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus for additional event shifts
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to work in person at Hawk Pointe Golf Club
