Banquet Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Bartender to elevate our guests' experience during special events and large gatherings. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth bar operations in a fast-paced banquet environment. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and efficient cash handling will contribute to memorable occasions for our guests. Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their event experience and address any special requests or dietary considerations
• Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and communicating needs to management for timely replenishment
• Operate POS systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with catering staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during large functions or special occasions
• Develop creative beverage recipes and contribute ideas for seasonal or themed drink menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, banquet settings, or hospitality industry environments with a focus on large events or catering services
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, craft beer offerings, and spirits expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently
• Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
• Nightclub or banquet experience preferred; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and bar management practices is highly desirable

Pay: $21.00 per hour
