Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments swiftly using POS systems.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment in various settings such as nightclubs, banquet events, or catering functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting.
• Previous experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus; certification in food safety is desirable but not mandatory.
