Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service at every event, ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience.
• Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand their vision, translating it into a seamless and successful event execution.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all details align with the event specifications and standards.
• Manage and monitor the performance of banquet staff, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage services, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and managing a team in a hospitality or event setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate event details and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet event demands.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Proficiency in managing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring alignment with specifications.
