What they need
THE ROLE
Lead banquet service from setup to close: read BEOs, oversee service standards for all event staff, and give members and guests immediate, courteous attention. You will work closely with the Director of Catering and the Director of Member Events, alongside Food & Beverage, House and Maintenance.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in a club or restaurant
- Good understanding of event operations
- Strong facilitator with clear communication
- Exceptional member and guest service skills
- Proficient in point of sale & Microsoft applications
- Available nights, weekends and holidays
