Banquet Event Server

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will play a crucial role in the success of our banquets and events.

Duties

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure food safety and proper handling practices are followed at all times.
• Assist with the preparation of food items, including coffee service and bartending as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent guest services and relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Break down banquet setups after events, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in banquet serving or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members when needed.
• Experience in culinary arts or bartending is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bartending not required but a plus.
