Position: Banquet Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily banquet operations.
• Ensure proper setup of banquet halls, tables, chairs, buffet counters, stage, and other event requirements.
• Coordinate the complete execution of weddings, conferences, parties, corporate events, and other functions.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and event organizers.
• Understand client requirements and ensure they are fulfilled accurately.
• Monitor banquet equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, and other operational items.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of banquet assets.
• Control wastage of food, beverages, and consumables.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor proper handling of food and beverages.
• Ensure emergency exits and safety equipment remain accessible.
• Maintain event-related records and operational reports.
• Verify guest counts and service requirements.
