Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the banquet area, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage service.
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination to support operational efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Sales & Events team, and event organizers to ensure the successful execution of all functions and meet guest expectations.
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance in all banquet functions.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Masai, Johor.
