Banquet Sales Coordinator

The Banquet Administration & Venue Sales Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive is responsible for the overall administration, sales, coordination, booking management, and revenue generation of all Club banquet halls, lawns, conference rooms, meeting venues, event spaces, and function facilities.

The incumbent shall be responsible for maximizing venue utilization, generating banquet revenue, managing member and guest bookings, coordinating event requirements, maintaining event documentation, ensuring interdepartmental communication, and delivering exceptional service standards from inquiry stage until successful completion of the event.

The position acts as the central coordination point between members, guests, clients, vendors, departments, and management for all banquet and venue-related activities while ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures, rules, and operational standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
