Banquet Server

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance
• Must have availability to work nights, weekends and possibly holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, banquet staff and management
• Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests during events
• Maintain tables by clearing, replenishing drinks and ensuring guests satisfaction
• Perform general cleaning tasks through-out the Ballroom
• Replenish buffets and food & beverage stations in a timely manner
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift over 30 lbs
• Knowledge of different service techniques
• Perform related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
• Notify supervisor of complaints, unusual situations or unsafe conditions
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Follow safety and security procedures and rules
• Perform all side work - replenishing condiments, restocking shelves, supplies
