What You'll Do

As a Banquet Server, you'll play an important role in making sure our events run smoothly from setup to cleanup.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and floor plans.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide prompt, attentive service throughout each event.
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
• Clear tables, reset areas, and clean banquet rooms following events.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors and other team members throughout the event.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event space.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team successfully execute an event.

• Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with opportunities for flexible scheduling.

Event schedules may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Occasional holidays
• Late-night/closing shifts depending on event schedules

Please note: Because we are an event venue, availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays is important.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 80.0 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
