Banquet Server

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Set up and break down banquet tables and dining areas according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bartending skills are a plus for events that require beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
