Duties

• Set up banquet tables with appropriate linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces in preparation for events
• Clear tables promptly and professionally, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Monitor guest needs during events, responding promptly to requests for additional food, beverages, or assistance
• Follow food safety and handling procedures meticulously to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met

Skills

• Prior experience in the food & catering environments is highly desirable
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and beverage service including wine knowledge
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Basic understanding of food safety standards and food preparation practices

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
